  • 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 block of cream cheese
  • 1/2cup shredded Pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and siced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mini Mozzarella balls


Step 1

On one side of the chicken breast, make six diagonal slits. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except the mozzarella balls. Mix well.

Step 3

Fill each chicken slit with the cheese mixture, then top with a couple of bocconcini balls. Place each chicken breast in the air fryer basket and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4

Fry at 360 F (180 C) for 15 minutes. It's important to check the doneness of the chicken. If not completely cooked, allow it to cook for an additional minute or two.
