Air Fryer Panko Crusted Chicken Wings Recipe

- 2 pounds (960 g) chicken wings
- For marinade:
- 1 cup (250 ml) buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Whisk well. Add chicken wings to the marinade. Toss well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine all coating ingredients. Stir well.
Remove marinated chicken wings from the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade and shake off any excess. Roll them in the coating mixture.
Working in batches, place chicken wings in a single layer in the greased basket. Air fry at 360 F (180 C0 for 17-19 minutes, or until wings are crisp and golden brown, flipping once during the cooking time. Serve hot.
