Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed
  • For Icing:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine ground cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Unroll thawed pastry. Spread the cinnamon mixture in a thin layer across the whole sheet. Roll it back very gently and loosely. Cut the pastry into pieces.

Step 4

Transfer cinnamon rolls into the air fryer basket. Cook in the preheated fryer for 7 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.

Step 5

Remove cooked rolls from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 6

For Icing: In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour over the cooked cinnamon rolls.
