Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) cooked medium shrimp
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onions
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • olive oil
  • white corn or flour tortillas

Method

Step 1

Grease the air fryer with olive oil. Add cooked shrimp, bell peppers, onions, and taco seasoning to the greased basket. Coat with olive oil. Stir well.

Step 2

Cook at 390 F (195 C) for 12 minutes.

Step 3

Open the basket and spray with more olive oil. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas.
