Ingredients
- 2 large boneless and sinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil spray
Method
Step 1
Place 1 chicken breast between 2pices of plastic wrap. Using a mallet, pound the chicken until 1/4-inch thick. Set aside. Repeat with the remaining breast.
Step 2
In as large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well. Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then dip in in the egg mixture. Coat completely with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Grease the air fryer basket with nonostick cooiing spray. Working in batches, fry seasoned chicken breast at 375 F (180 C) for 5 minutes, or until top is browned. Flip the chicken and with more cooking spray. Fry until browned and crispy. repeat with the remaining chicken breast.
