Ingredients
- 1 whole duck, split in half, rib and bones removed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
On a clean and dry surface, rub the duck pieces with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place the duck in the air fryer basket, breast side up. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 25 minutes, or until browned. When your duck is cooked through, the junction of the thigh and the leg should have an internal temperature of 180°F (90°C)
