To Make Dim Sum:
Ingredients:
1 packet wonton wrappers
1 pound (480 g) minced pork
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Method: In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers. Mix well. Place 1 tablespoon of pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Shape into a pot-like shape. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Ingredients
- 1 Β½ pounds (720 g) frozen dim sums
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove frozen dim sums from the refrigerator and transfer to the air fryer basket. Pat them dry with paper towels, then coat with oil.
Step 3
Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
Step 4
Serve hot.
