Ingredients
- 8 oz (240 g) crab meat
- 4 oz (120 g) leftover cooked fish
- 2 tablespoons minced celery
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 2 tabledspoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup crushed saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Old bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
In a food processor, combine crab meat and fish. Process until finely chopped.
Step 2
Transfer the crab mixture to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Scoop out the mixture and form into 8 equal patties. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Roll the patties in the breadcrumbs, then sprinkle with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 4
Transfer breaded patties to the air fryer basket. Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through.
Step 5
Serve hot.
