Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 3 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Method
Step 1
Place chicken drumsticks in a large Ziploc bag. Add the soy sauce, honey, mustard, rice wine, grated ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Seal it, shake well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator and transfer to the air fryer basket. Fry at 370 F (185 C) for 28 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Step 4
Remove fried chicken from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.

Sauce smelled great, but in my Ninja Foodi 28 minutes burnt the chicken. Cook for 14 min and check the temp every 5 min until 165 degrees.
