Easy Italian Chicken Breast in Slow Cooker
- 1 batch pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Divide the pizza dough into 8 equally sized pieces. Using wood rolling pin, roll into 6-inch (15 cm) circle to the thickness of 1/8 inch.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on the half of rolled dough, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) border. Add 3 tablespoons shredded Mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons pepperoni. Twit and pinch the edges together to seal the calzone.
Grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Brush the top of calzones with olive oil.
Working in batches, place 1-2 calzones in the greased basket. Fry at 370 F (185 C) for 9 minutes.
Repeat with remaining calzones. Serve hot.
