What is Korean Galbi Beef Short Ribs?
I have Korean short ribs and they’re honestly some of the best I’ve ever made myself. I found it easy to find them at a grocery store and can be easily flavored. Korean short ribs are becoming more and more popular and have been popping up in grocery stores. Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- sesame seeds, to serve
Method
Step 1
In a large ziplock bag, place the ribs, then pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Remove marinated ribs from the bag and transfer them to the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 6 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Step 3
Remove fried ribs from the fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
