- 1 pound (480 g) lobsters
- 2 tablespoons celery and onion mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1½ teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
Shell lobster splits in 2, then remove the meat, reserving shells, and roughly chop. Set aside.
