Ingredients

  • 12 oz (360 g) uncooked macaroni
  • 3 cups (750 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 pound (240 g) cooked lobster meat
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Method

Step 1

In an electric instant pot, combine uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, onion powder, and hot sauce. Stir well.

Step 2

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and lobster meat. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.

Step 5

Add milk and cheese to the cooker. Stir until cheese is melted and creamy. Add lobster meat and breadcrumbs and mix to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve hot.
