Fried Shrimp in Spicy Orange Sauce

Oven Grilled Pork with Oranges

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound (480 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Method

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except shrimp. Mix well.

Step 2

Dry the shrimp with paper towels and add the marinade, stirring to evenly coat. Wrap with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Remove marinated shrimp from the refrigerator. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 5

Place shrimp in the greased basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and spray with more cooking spray. Continue frying for a further 5-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and crisp.
