Potatoes are one of the most popular side dishes in the world. They are versatile, easy to cook, and a healthy source of potassium and fiber. But what if you could air fry them like a potato chip? This is where the air fryer comes in. Air Fryers heat up food, through hot air that circulates in all directions inside the appliance. Since they donโ€™t use oil, they have fewer calories and fat than your average fried dish.

The main difference between an Air Fryer Potato and a regular potato is that it has more moisture content due to less oil being used while cooking with it.
