Ingredients
- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 24 slices prosciutto
- cooking spray
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Wrap each asparagus with 2 slices of prosciutto.
Step 3
Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Working in batches, fry wrapped asparagus at 360 F (180 C) for 4 minutes. Repeat the same method with remaining asparagus.
