Ingredients
- 1ΒΌ pounds (600 g) large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchinis, halved lengthwise, and sliced
- 1Β½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garic salt
- 1Β½ teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat.
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Working in batches, place shrimp and zucchinis in a single in the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 8 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
Step 4
Remove fried shrimp and zucchinis from the fryer and transfer to a serving bowl. Cover with foil and keep warm. Repeat with remaining shrimp and zucchinis. Pour lemon juice over and serve.
