Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (240 g) raw shrimp, pilled, deveined and finely chopped
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except breadcrumbs. Stir well.
Step 2
Shape the shrimp mixture into 8 patties. Roll them into breadcrumbs, then spray both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Working in batches, place the patties in the air fryer basket. Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and brown, turning patties halfway through.
