Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked peppercorns
  • To Make Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Method

Step 1

Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Season with garlic salt and cracked peppercorns.

Step 2

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Place seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket. Fry at 395 F (198 C) for 5 minutes. Flip the shrimp and continue cooking for a further 2 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Stir well.

Step 5

Remove fried shrimp from the fryer. Pour the sauce over and mix. Serve immediately.
