Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1½ tablespoons whipped cream
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken meat
- 1 cup chopped spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Spray a 4½-inch (11.2 cm) ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
