  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1½ tablespoons whipped cream
  • 1/2 pound cooked chicken meat
  • 1 cup chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Spray a 4½-inch (11.2 cm) ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs and whipped cream. Whisk well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Fry in the preheated fryer for 12 minutes. Remove foil and continue frying until the top starts to brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of quiche comes out clean.
