Ingredients
- 4 turkey legs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Method
Step 1
Pat turkey legs with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
