Not to mention, it’s healthier than foods that are deep-fried. Want to make it even healthier? Skip the skin! It contains a lot of fat and will make your turkey less healthy. By removing the skin, you can still enjoy a low-fat turkey.

Which one is better to eat in your opinion turkey or chicken?

Turkey is a big part of the Thanksgiving dinner, so it’s understandable that people are wondering which one they should eat.

The answer to this question is not as simple as it seems.

Turkey and chicken are both high in protein, low in fat, and have similar amounts of calories.

The main difference between the two types of meat is that turkey has more iron.

This is because it has less skin than chicken does, so there’s more meat for your body to consume.

Turkey also has less sodium than chicken does, which can be a good thing if you’re trying to watch your salt intake.

Turkey is a tasty dish that you can eat all year round – not just at the traditional Thanksgiving feast. There are many ways to cook it and eat it, outside of your Thanksgiving celebrations.
