Ingredients

  • 60 wontons wrappers
  • vegetable oil
  • For the Filling:
  • 3/4 pound (360 g) ground pork
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Method

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Mix well.

Step 2

Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Brush the wonton edges with water and fold the wonton over the filling to create a triangle.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 4

brush the wontons with vegetable oil. Working in batches, place wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry at 375 F (195 C) for 3-5 minutes or until crisp.
