  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • chopped fresh parsley


Step 1

Cut the top of lobster shells, until you can pull the meat up. Split the lobster meat with a sharp knife, without cutting all the way through.

Step 2

Place prepared lobster tails in the air fryer basket.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well, then brush the top of lobster tails.

Step 4

Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 6-8 minutes, brushing with more butter mixture halfway through the cooking time. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.
