Fried chicken wings. Crispy chicken wings fried in deep fryer. Very easy and delicious appetizer. You may also like Fried Portuguese Garlic Shrimp

Fried Chicken Wings


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • For Seasoning Flour:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander, crushed
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 20 chicken wings
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs


Step 1

In a deep fryer, heat the oil.

Step 2

Combine all seasoned flour ingredients together in large bowl. Deep chicken wings in this mixture.

Step 3

In a separate bowl mix milk and eggs. Deep chicken wings in this liquid then coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350° F(175° C). Cook chicken wings in deep fryer wings for 4 minutes. Finish cooking process in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Garnish fried chicken wings with fresh herbs and dipping.
