Fried chili garlic shrimp.Fried shrimp with spicy chili garlic sauce.Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (1 pound (480 g)) of frozen raw butterflied jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1/3 vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic sauce

Method

Step 1

Pour water into frying pan. Heat over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add frozen shrimp. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until shrimp are turning pink. Drain any left over water (be sure that frying pan is dry).

Step 2

Add vegetable oil and chili garlic sauce to the pan. Fry shrimp,stirring,for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Remove fried shrimp onto serving plate. Pour the chili oil over the top and serve.
