- 1/2 pound (240 g) crab meat
- 8 oz (240 ml) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 12 oz (360 g) package wonton wrappers
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the crab meat. Stir well.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the crab filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Bring the two sides of the wrappers together to form four points, then seal the wrapper around the filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Working in batches, place wonton wrappers in the basket. Spray with more cooking spray.
Fry at 375 F (190 C) for 4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
