Grilled oysters with ginger dressing. Raw oysters baked over gas or charcoal grill and served with tasty homemade ginger dressing. Do you like oysters? If so, you may also like Baked Oysters with Bacon and Parmesan Cheese

Grilled Oysters with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated Japanese radish
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablesppons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 24 raw oysters


Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except oysters in medium serving bowl. Blend well. Set aside.

Step 2

Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Arrange row oysters on grill. Cook until oysters open, for 10-15 minutes. Transfer grilled oysters to a large platter. Serve oysters with Ginger Dressing for dipping.
