Grilled oysters with ginger dressing. Raw oysters baked over gas or charcoal grill and served with tasty homemade ginger dressing.


  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated Japanese radish
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablesppons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 24 raw oysters


Step 1

Combine all ingredients except oysters in medium serving bowl. Blend well. Set aside.

Step 2

Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Arrange row oysters on grill. Cook until oysters open,for 10-15 minutes. Transfer grilled oysters to large platter. Serve oysters with Ginger Dressing for dipping.
