Grilled Oysters with Ginger Dressing

- 1/2 cup coarsely grated Japanese radish
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 tablesppons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 24 raw oysters
Combine all ingredients except oysters in medium serving bowl. Blend well. Set aside.
Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Arrange row oysters on grill. Cook until oysters open,for 10-15 minutes. Transfer grilled oysters to large platter. Serve oysters with Ginger Dressing for dipping.
