Grilled salmon fillets with pesto. This is really simple dish. Marinated salmon fillets with pesto baked in a halogen (turbo) oven. Yummy! You may also like Poached salmon Parcels

Grilled Salmon Fillets with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vermouth
  • zest and freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons pesto
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Combine the salmon fillets, dry white wine, and lemon juice and zest in freezer bag. Season to taste with black pepper. Seal, shake well and leave in the fridge for few hours.

Step 2

Set turbo oven temperature to 482. F (250. C). Remove the salmon from freezer bag and arrange on greased baking tray. Spread the pesto over top of each salmon fillet. Place on the grilling rack of turbo oven.

Step 3

Cover and cook until the fish is done to your requirements(approximately 10 minutes.) Serve grilled salmon fillets immediately.
