Ingredients

  • 24 scallops, without corals
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12 slices Parma ham, cut into log strips
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Method

Step 1

Preheat the gas grill. Sprinkle the scallops with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
