Ingredients
- 1pound (480 g) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups (500 ml) beef broth
- 1/2 pound (240 g) sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 pound (240 g) cream cheese
- 3/4 pound (360 g) frozen broccoli florets, steamed
Method
Step 1
Brown ground beef, breaking it up, in an electric instant pot turned to the saute mode. Drain excess grease.
Step 2
Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in the beef broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the cooker.
Step 3
Top the beef mixture with sliced mushrooms. Place the block of cream cheese over the mushrooms.
Step 4
Cover the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. Mix well, then stir in the steamed broccoli. Cover the cooker allow stay for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot.
