Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1½ pounds (720 g) ground turkey
- 1 large egg, plus 1 large egg white, beaten in a small bowl
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
