Maple-glazed salmon. Salmon fillets with maple syrup, mustard, and soy sauce baked in a convection oven. Delicious!!! You may also like Grilled Salmon Fillet with Strawberry Sauce

Maple-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 pounds (960 g) salmon fillet, skinned

Method

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir well and set aside.

Step 2

Arrange salmon fillets on an aluminum foil-and parchment lined baking sheet. Spoon maple glaze over fish.

Step 3

Preheat convection oven to 400 F (200 C). Bake salmon until flesh just flakes easily with a fork.

Step 4

Serve maple-glazed salmon with lemon wedges.
