Oven Baked Lemon Pepper Salmon Steak
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
Step 2
Lightly grease 8-inches (20 cm) square baking sheet. Place salmon fillets on greased dish and top with melted butter and lemon juice.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle over salmon.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Step 5
Serve lemon pepper salmon steak hot.
