Oven baked lemon pepper salmon steak.Salmon steak with vegetables baked in convection oven.Simple and easy!
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 green onions,sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
Lightly grease 8-inches (20 cm) square baking sheet. Place salmon fillets on greased dish and top with melted butter and lemon juice.
In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle over salmon.
Bake,uncovered,for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Serve lemon pepper salmon steak hot.
