Shrimp salad.Very easy and healthy recipe. Shrimp with avocado, grapefruit, and chives. Delicious!
- 1 organic grapefruit,peeled and membrane removed
- 1 small ripe organic avocado,peeled , pitted and diced
- 8 oz (240 g) cooked frozen shrimp(only meat),thawed
- 1 small bunch fresh organic chives,chopped
- freshly ground organic black pepper,to taste
In a small mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,except black pepper Stir gently.
Divide mixture into 4 cocktail glasses. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
