Ingredients
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (250 g) salsa
- 1 cup (250 g) frozen corn
- 15 oz (450 g) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ¼ oz (38 g) taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup (125 g) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water

- diced tomatoes
Method
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, chicken broth, salsa, corn, drained beans, and taco seasoning. Stir well. Cover slow cooker and cook on low heat setting for 4-6 hours.
