Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) low-fat buttermilk

Step 1
