- 1 pound (480 g) pork ribs, cut into individual ribs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Hoisin sauce
- 1 oz (30 ml) rice wine
- 1 oz (30 g) honey
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 oz (30 g) ginger
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine the onion, garlic, and ginger. Blend well, then transfer the mixture into a slow cooker.
