Preparing the Chicken
Now that I have introduced Chicken Tropical, it’s time to dive into the first step of this delicious recipe – preparing the chicken. To ensure maximum flavor and tenderness, we need to season and prep the chicken breasts properly.
Start by rinsing the chicken breasts under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels. This helps remove any excess moisture and ensures a better sear.
Next, season the chicken generously with salt and pepper on both sides. You can also add your favorite herbs and spices to enhance the flavor profile. Once seasoned, let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate. Now that our chicken is prepped and seasoned, we are ready to move on to the next step – adding flavor with aromatic spices and vegetables. Stay tuned!
