Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic-infused oil
- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 cups (500 ml) gluten-free chicken stock
- 1 oz (30 g) creamed coconut block
- 1 bay leaf
- 1Β½ tablespoons cornflour mixed with 3 tablespoons water
