- 4 baking Russet potatoes
- 4 cooked boneless chicken breasts (1 pound (480 g)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
- 1 cooked broccoli head, cut into flores
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
