How to Cook Chicken Livers with an Air Fryer

This is a very easy recipe that most people can try.

All you need is an air fryer and some ingredients.

Step 1: Put the chicken livers in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Cook for 10 minutes and then put them on a plate.

Step 3: Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cumin to taste.

  • 1 pound (480 g) chicken livers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 390 F (195 C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken livers, alt, black pepper, and butter. Mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour and milk. Whisk well, then pour the milk mixture into the bowl of the chicken livers. Stir well to combine.
