Ingredients

  • 4 baking Russet potatoes
  • 4 cooked boneless chicken breasts (1 pound (480 g)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cooked broccoli head, cut into flores
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt, to taste
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Method

Step 1
