Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds (760 g) pork tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) plus 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- nonfat chicken broth
Method
Step 1
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a greased slow cooker,combine all ingredients,except chicken broth. Mix well.
Step 3
Close slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 7-8 hours. If to mush liquids evaporates while meat is still cooking,add a little nonfat chicken broth.
