  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 2 large yelow onions, peeled and sliced
  • 2 10¾ oz (325ml) cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
