Ingredients
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 10 oz (300 ml) can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 oz (300 ml) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pound (240 g) sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and onion soup mix. Stir well.
Step 2
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Season with black pepper, then pour the sauce over the chicken. Top with sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
Cover the pot and cook in a low-heat setting for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
Step 4
Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Transfer cooked chicken and gravy to a serving plate. Serve over the cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
