I have found that the best sweet and sour sauce ingredients are pineapples, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, and ginger.

The process of making this crockpot sweet and sour sauce is relatively simple. You start by mixing the soy sauce with a little bit of water in a bowl until it’s dissolved. Then you add the pineapple juice until it’s mixed well with the soy sauce mixture. Next, you add the brown sugar in small increments until it dissolves into the mixture as well. Lastly, add the vinegar to your crockpot and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat or until your desired consistency has been reached. The key to this recipe is to make sure that the sugar isn’t added all at once. The sugar is what gives this sauce its sweet and tart taste, so be careful not to add it all at once!
