Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound (480 g0 raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Method

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix well. Stir in the shrimp

Step 2

Cover the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 2½ hours.

Step 3

Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Transfer cooked shrinp to a sewrving bowl. Serve over the cooked spaghetti.
